Yes, I am unable to download either the DLC or the N7 CE material. While this is annoying, I'm not anywhere near panic mode. It's still a few days till release and at least a BW employee already saw this thread.

Yep, I'm in Central America (Honduras). Given the earlier post from Varus Torvyn, and the latter posts from both you and Nethalf, I'm almost positive my foreign server theory is correct. Let's hope they upload them soon enough. Well, as long as they upload them before the 6th, it'll be good.

Yup, me too.
I'm in Europe and having the same error pop up when I try to download any of the deluxe edition/CE content that is available for preload. 

So I guess it's a region issue with origin or something?

Although I was already mentally prepared for having to e-mail EA customer support, maybe we can avoid that for now and wait if it'll get itself sorted in a few days. Most probably, it will.

Psynonamous635, it will unlock on March 5th for people in the US.
For Europe and rest of the world it'll unlock on March 9th.
If you're in the US, the game will unlock on March 5th, 11 PM, according to the info you provided.  In Europe though, Origin states that the game will unlock on March 9th, 1 AM.

It's the dde dlc preload outside of US we're having trouble with, though.

Well, hello there neighbor.. I'm in Croatia, heh..

I also though it was the 8th at first.. then I checked again and it says 9th, 1 AM (or at least, it does when I click play and Origin does the date check).


EDIT: dlc has March 2 and 5th listed as release dates, game has March 2, so those would be preload dates.. and everything should unlock at the same time, I suspect (march 9th for those of us outside of US).

Oh, maybe that's one of the things they are going to fix during the down time on Sunday, or it could be that they haven't setup the files for the international crowd yet... I know there have been a few issues with dlc, the only one I've noticed personally is the Art Book code for the MP Collector AR and that should be fixed when they update the servers. I'm stuck waiting until the 8th here in the US, release on the 6th, 2 day shipping

It's starting to look like "early access" means "bug hunt".

Release date doesnt matter, because you preload it. On the first page bioware guy told that they're working on that, i think it will be fixed sometime on monday or tuesday, don't expect they're working on problem on weekend.

I think it's probably that they haven't set up the files for the international release yet. I don't think it's that big of an issue, just tends to confuse people somewhat with all the various dates with word "release" attached to them.
