Any, restarted everything, canceled download, still doesn't work... The message says "file not found": I would guess that non-US server has some issues regarding DLC content... Hope it will be solved til 09/03... M.

Actually do what many people are saying here and cancel the download and try again, it just worked for me.

Actually do what many people are saying here and cancel the download and try again, it just worked for me.

The "still" in his post indicates that method doesn't work either.

I found a solution. It seems that the issue is indeed related to IP Lockouts.  Since I live in Latinamerica, I decided to try and use a VPN solution like Hotspotshield to see if I could download the DLC and the N7 Items and it worked for me like a charm.  Hope this is the solution everyone is looking for.

If that's the case, then we'll all have them available for download in a few days, since they'll lift the IP region restriction.
What I don't get is why some people in Europe can already download it, while others can't.. makes no sense. Oh well.

From Ashes dlc still wouldn't download at first (gave the same error as before), but this time the "cancel and restart" method worked after a few tries.

When I tried using that, Origin won't even let me log in. Can you give me some advice about what to do?

To solve problem "Error 7049:404" you can use programs like proxyswitcher (or use proxyservers manually) to change your ip to other country (i think some servers haven`t yet dlc files) - it worked for me (from ukraine)

I''l wait until release gets closer, since my release date is 9th.... TOR did it right with same release date for NA and EU, but EA/BW took a step back with ME3....

I can't force Origin to use proxyswitcher, even with FreeCap. Can somebody give me some advice?
