Any, yes, DLC is available there, but not other preordered stuff. M.

Australia here having the same problem so I uninstalled the whole thing and will try redownloading it all again. My BSN has the Ashes D/L online pass and ME3 soundtrack ..... twice.... should the artbook and other N7 items also be there? I pre ordered from Origin so I am also supposed to get the argus rifle and a shotty they arent there either.

 Hi All,

For those experiencing problems downloading DLC can you please follow the steps below to help us identify the cause of the problem:


1) Attempt to download the DLC as normal
2) When it fails, close Origin by right clicking it in the system tray and selecting "Exit"
3) Navigate to your Origin Logs Folder
     Windows Vista / 7:   C:\\ProgramData\\Origin\\Logs 
     Windows XP:  C:\\Documents and Settings\\All Users\\Application data\\Origin\\logs 
4) Email the Client_Log.html file located in that folder to OriginLogs@ea.com

From Ashes preloaded for me, but the others are not available. Or so it says.

ok guys i need some help, i tried using proxyswitcher to be able to download dlc and collectors, but so far i have not succeeded... my issue is that i cant even connect to origin now and i dont know what my default proxy was... my computer is now stuck in one that doesnt work despite me having disconnected from it

Right click on the ProxySwitcher icon located on the taskbar (near Time and Date) and select Direct Connection.

TY, i have tried that alredy, but it still logs me into offline mode and says that servers arent available...

I fear i have somehow messed up my computers IP  address

Had this happen to me... go into your internet settings, remove the proxy and set it to "use default/use automatic" or something like that. The issue is that the proxy setting remains set, even if you've uninstalled proxy switcher

I've tried that and firefox is working without a hitch... its origin i cannot seem to get working.

Just out of curiosity, annyone having issues atm trying to connect to origin?

I'm in Colombia btw

I knew I should've saved the one I used for when people asked for one...

I had to try at least 20 different IPs before I was able to login succesfully.

Hi guys, I've been following this thread for a while since I had the same issue, but I was unable to reply because I've just registered yesterday.

I used the proxy switcher solution and it worked, but it took a lot of attempts and different IP's to get it working; so for those who haven't been successful, just keep trying! It took me about thirty or fourty attempts to get it downloading

Sharing the working IP's is a good idea, I gave mine to a friend with the same issue. So if the previous IP's that have been posted don't work I can give you mine.

Now after many download errors, it just shows me that From Ashes and N7 Collectors Edition Materials are "installed" even if i uninstalled the game. I have a bad feeling about this

I pretty much have the same prob. Well, except I got the materials downloaded completely. I didn't know the problem persisted after uninstalling the whole game

I HAD the same problem, so I hit cancel and started the DL again and it fixed.

How to use it? I'm kinda lame.. I use Windows 7 x64 home edition. I live in Latvia (it's in eastern europe) if this helps.

I've downloaded from Ashes by using this italian proxy, but collectors edition isn't loading. Maybe someone know any other proxy to do it?

I've sent my "DLC_OnlinePassHidCE" and "__metadata" folders to stgrey and it worked like magic. Mby this will help anyone, ask your friends to send you those and Origin will see those as Installed (hope it works ingame too).

Also thanks to DKruger, was failing till I tried your IP.
