Tried addresses mentioned here and then a lot more but no luck downloading From Ashes, I'm in Mexico. Bioware is dropping the ball on this one. Hope they get it fixed before launch.

Ok, got it working, I conected to "lvps62-112-143-181.mammuts-servidor.es:80" From Germany, and I cancelled and started the download again (press the little x on the right of the progress bar) not sure witch one did it, but feel free to try both. Hope this helps someone.

Ok got it working finally, just waited a while and retried the download. Don't know if it affects it on any level, but I did so while downloading the ME3 Soundtrack form my Registered Game content from BSN.
Edit: Ok, so my soundtrack Download finished, since it freed up the bandwidtch I decided to pause the From Ashes download, and then resume it, it gave me another error. And every time i tried to restart it again it gave me the same error. So, if any one is having trouble, just start a downlaod on the ME3 OST, then start the DLC downloads and once they've started Pause ur OST download form your web broswer so you can use your full Bandwidth for the DLC!

I have a basic n00b question. I bought the DDE on Origin. I installed the game and From Ashes from the 'My Games' section. However - when I went to "show game details", it says From Ashes and N7 Collectors Edition Materials are both at 0%. Can anyone tell me what this 0% means?
If it's just a case that I have to wait for the regional unlock time, I won;t worry about it. I can click the little arrows to 'resume download' in the show game details section, but get error message 7047:403.

^^^ Aha... just figured out what you guys were talking about with stopping and restarting the download. I did that and From Ashes and the N7 Collectors thingy are both now 'installed'. Never used the Origin client before had no idea what I was doing... The digital artbooks and soundtrack are showing as 'unreleased'. Not going to sweat that atm. Am in Australia..

I managed to download the N7 gear yesterday via a UK proxy, but From Ashes kept crashing, probably due to the proxy not being stable.
I'll attempt some other proxies later today.

Same issue for me, From Ashes is now working, it wasn't before hand but I'm still having trouble with the N7 collectors Edition Materials :/

Do you get a seperate key for the N7 Warfare Gear via e-mail, like it was with the SpecACT for BF3?

I don't see the DLC that came with the Collectors edition and I cannot download the DLC that came with my ME3 copy. It says I have to log in with my linked account, which I am?!

In Origin it says its already installed, but I never downloaded it.. Odd.
