It is what the original body looked like before it was heavily damaged on Mars. This is when EVA still controls it.

If they can have EDI look like this though..totally worth it.

Yeah, but it;s not like women don't change the color of their hair. The Fembot on Mars is suppoused to be rebuilt Eva Core. After she gets killed and the skin burns, EDI takes over the remaining body

No, she becames human/synthetic in the Merge ending.

This is Eva in her body without the skin flayed off like when EDI takes over.
