This is officially the first time I have regretted my decision to leave Boston.

And the location is within walking distance of where I used to live/work, too . . .

Man, I'd totally go to Boston (I live in central MA) if my Gamestop Preorder wasn't at a different gamestop! Still, this is a once in a lifetime event...

Augh! I can't make these decisions! Does anyone know if there's a way to transfer a pre-order, or am I really going to have to choose one over the other?

Also, when does the event start in Boston?

Already going to the Midnight release at the one close to me Not willing to spend a ton of money going up to Boston just to see the devs (8 hours to get there as well. Not worth the price or time) without obtaining my copy of the game. If only I could cancel my CE down here to buy one up there, it might have been worth it.

Sorry European Gamers who have to cross oceans. No Dev Party, a waiting period to obtain your copy, higher price... Not feeling much love right now.

Grown men in wedding dresses, 
and hobos in old fashioned bathing suits.

I don't live near any of those places, but my local GameStop will be hosting a Midnight Release so I will be there. I can hardly wait!

I hope the fans at the midnight releases will be mature and considerate enough not to spill leaks they've seen and read while we wait for our game.  That would be very disappointing and annoying. <_<

Hmm. I think I'll try to make it to the Boston one. Going to have to be clever with rides, though, in case the event keeps us past 1 AM (The trains shut down at that time). Any word on scheduled events yet? Knowing how long I should expect to be there would definitely help!

I want to. I REALLY want to go but I have a gamestop like literally in front of my house that's doing a midnight release. I live like an hour away from LA but I'd have to stay there until midnight and cancel my pre-order at the store in front of my house....and hope I can get a copy at the party.....
