so anyone recieved their pre order codes for origin yet? or is it included in the game files already?
Apparently it's all included, in Orgin we can see under game description the DLC, books, OST and N7 Digital Deluxe items.
I see all of these things, but none of those are the pre-order items (shotgun and Argus). My "registered content" page on BSN shows: Chakram Launcher, Knight Reckoner Armor, soundtrack, From Ashes, and online pass.
Mass Effect 3: Origin and VPN?

Its standard that way, don't worry. Maybe it will change during tomorrow or when you actually play it.
I'm not worried, just pointing out the list of stuff does not include preorder items.

well spoke to ea customer service. Said pre order items already in game files.
Funny, I spoke to them as well. They said they would unlock automatically on the release date.

Pretty much if you have the VPN on before starting verification, it will work. If you don't, it won't ─ simply as that. It should be noted that you should turn off your VPN after a failed verification, it will flag the IP and you'll have to choose a new one.geertmans wrote...
Let's hope this works. Does anyone know what will happen should I run the authentication process again with the VPN turned off before it's released in 2 hours? Will it reset and will I have to do the VPN stuff again?

So in the (obviously failed) authentication it said that I will be able to play at 16:00 (about two hours from now). When I will start the game at 16:01, will I have to use the vpn again? Or was trying once to authenticate two hours ago enough? I'm asking this since I'm not sure whether it's smart to keep trying to authenticate and I don't know what will happen if I try it multiple times.

Yes, you will have to use the VPN again when you go to unlock it in a few hours. When it says "Unlock complete" (or something along those lines), you can take off the VPN and enjoy Mass Effect 3.geertmans wrote...

Wonder if it is considered a hack? No change in Origin, none in ME3, but it could get you banned i think.

interesting if i will receive preorder dlc with vpn, anyone knows?
If I remember correcty, as soon as you activate your game and the release date is passed, you'll get an email fairly shortly afterwords containing DLC codes, at least, that's how Dragon Age 2 worked, iirc.

That's the only thing I'm concerned about. The UK gets every bonus for pre-ordering from Origin, so I'm hoping I'll recieve all my items.

ME3 launches in Asia in 90 minutes, I'm definitely unlocking my game, EA already got my money, it's not going to hurt them whether I play today or in 2 days because I live in Europe.
Amen.
