Well i'm off to play now, we can't post instructions but i used a Korean proxy and unlocked in OFFLINE MODE then restarted origin and took off proxy. Every thing seems to have worked, i was able to connect to EA servers using my IP (i'm from the UK) and it says i have the DLC, I started a new game and was able to import my ME2 character as well.

Worked for me. Didn't have to restart Origin or put it into offline mode.  I mean, not sure if all DLCs are there, but it works.

FlyVPN is obviously not working right now lol.

Downloading the art book atm, try again after that. I can wait a while anyway, wouldn't be getting the game til Friday normally, I'll take anything

Looks like import process went just fine and I can enter game but I can't help noticing it didn't download any patch. Can someone explain me why is that? Was it downloaded with pre-download?

BTW, so if I romanced Liara in LotSB is it okay it shows I had no romance in ME2?

The day-1 patch was part of the pre-load data, and yes the romance is fine.
