have you tried set option in game to download and instal dlc. Also i heard that they SHOULD appear after prologue?

yup reached mars reached a weapon selection screen. Had the colletor version guns, the chakram launcher, but didnt have valkrie, argus or the raider shotgun

works fine for me, registered played for about an hour now, got all my preorder things, facebook and amalar stuff.. Multiplayer works as well.
I used flyvpn, just keep trying.
