If you run the check with VPN without changing your time/date on computer that will tell you time of release in your time zone. So 3pm GMT for UK. I won't be back till 6pm so I will hopefully miss the VPN server rush anyway.

I'd love to use VPN to unlock my game (UK here, so a release date of the 9th). Do I need to use FlyVPN, or can Windows Proxy work instead without the extra program? Which port and IP should I be using for earliest release?

EDIT: Since people probably don't want to post this stuff on a public forum, please do PM me if you can help me out. I can't tell you how grateful I'll be for the help.

I finally found an VPN application that does i can join you americans on Tuesday aswell.

Its called OverPlayVPN btw.

Although i have to pay 9.99 USD per month it's alot cheaper then the other VPN application i was prefered to from a buddy, was.

You can use either, but FlyVPN would be much more secure and easier.

Worked for me too. My only fears are that I'll loose my pre-order bonuses and that i'll be stuck using Asian servers for multiplayer/ANN, but this is the first time I've used VPN so I'm a total noob.

Edit: Although I just remembered that the multiplayer is peer-to-peer so... yeah.

VPN is not an option for me.
When I try to use it, the game release date check cant connect.

I personally use https://overplay.net/ but I use it for more than just unlocking ME3 so the price isn't a factor. If you are just using it for this may want to find something free, though that can be difficult.

Overplay is insanely easy to use. You install the app then simply select one of about 50 countries, press connect, and bam.... 10 sec later you look like you are in that country. Press disconnect and instantly back to your own connection.

I was having the same problem. Reinstalled flyvpn and it was fixed.
If that doesn't work, I guess you could try the lite version.

so if i activate it via vpn or proxy, do i need to use vpn later for running the game ? and what happens if i activate it first without vpn? is it still possible to reactivate it again to get earlier access? is multiplayer restricted to the zone the game was activated within?
