Doesn't seem to work for me. This could, however be caused by my inexperience with the recommended software (inspector).

the following image was extracted from the inspector tool, as they are my current settings on ME3.
They do not seem to affect the game itself however. The jagged edges are still as terrible as before (the in-game AA is turned off as requested by OP)
If anyone have the time, and can figure out this issue, it would be much appreciated.
keep up the good work fellow forum posters.

Traditional Antialiasing methods don't work very well with newer Unreal Engine games (and it's not an exclusive issue to those as many other more recent engines are facing the same situation) because of the way things are rendered (deferred rendering/ shading en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deferred_shading ) Antialiasing forced through Compatibility flags will not work perfectly (or/ and result in a heavy performance hit) or at times even not work at all and might not be a good idea to use.
Either it might fail on certain textures or effects/ elements on screen or the drivers Compatibility flag will completely leave out certain elements/ effects intentionally, sometimes from being antialiased and other times from rendering at all. That's where "soft AA/ post-processing" like FXAA, SMAA, or MLAA comes in handy.
FXAA and SMAA especially, if implemented correctly and with effort provide near perfect results (without the heavy detail loss on textures like in a poor implementation say "Skyrim").
