Sigh... just spoil yourselves and watch this Citadel walkthrough:

You can see plenty of dialogue.

Auto, or interactive?

Interactive.

It looks exactly like ME2. There's even neautrual options.<_<

Neutreal options? Mind if I ask where do you see them?

I think some people are just trolling, others are probably just misinformed.

Would you like a link to the six hour campaign where there's auto dialogue in story heavy situations? Because we have it.

No.

I just got all the evidence I need to see you guys are being typical BSN.

We are here for the same cause, we care for the game, no need to bash bro ~^

I'm sorry but this community is worse than Bungie.net.

And they complained that weapons didn't sound the same.<_<

Yes..? You can still talk to people like you normally would in any Mass Effect game, investigate and whatever. It's pretty much the same, slightly tweaked. There is auto-dialogue in story parts, no question, but they haven't done away with any of the tradional Mass Effect dialogue.

Honestly we aren't. We watched from Earth to Sur'kesh yesterday, with about 2 missions in between, and a lot of talking on the citadel/normandy with key players in the plot, and it was 90% automatic.

I just watched a 5 minute video that destroyed all of your complaing.<_<

Needless to say my opinion of this place is not very high right now.

The investigate options were nice to see, but the one actual conversation in that was with Vega, and in that conversation there was 1 (fairly characterful) investigate and one choice between Paragon and Renegade options.

First of all, I'm not complaining, I'm concerned. Second, I'm more inclined to believe that a 6+ hour playthrough trumps that 5 minute video. The link is still up for those of you who want to see the archived stream. Judge for yourselves. You can't deny that there's a lot more auto dialogue this time around.

No you didn't.  Not unless that video had main story points that showed we were able to make dialogue choices.  Being able to investigate a side-mission is nice and all,  but if the story is railroaded,  it doesn't help anything.

I'd appriciate a bit less ego and hyperbole,  you have not demonstrated what actually needs to be demonstrated.

Still gotta agree with this, despite my relief at seeing some investigation options. Tuesday cannot come soon enough.

That's what really bothers me, even the squad dialogue on and off the normandy is automatic. Again, look at the stream before you just label us as complainers.

So there is more auto dialogue in warzones than in more peaceful areas. The auto dialogue there seems to depend on the initial paragon or renegade decisions you make. Eh this makes sense since I would expect some of the fan reviewers to actually dump on this game if it wasn't for that.

I wish that were true, but even on places where there aren't warzones, such as the normandy, or hub worlds, there's still a lot of auto dialogue. Even conversations with important people that are 100% automatic.

Ok come on. Watch the friggin video. Maybe only 5 min long, but its hardly side quests. And he talks with alot of people, sometimes with up to five choices in the wheel. Didnt feel bad at all/ Yeah, yeah, yeah. Im not watching a 6 hour stream to ruin the entire story. What am I - NUTS. Its still comes first, even over dialog branches...

It was a quick conversation. The point of the video is to show that yes, there is some auto dialogue now, but there's also the same ol' Mass Effect conversation system in place here, where you can talk to people and ask questions. There is too much misinformation going around about this. The truth of it is that there is more auto-dialogue in the story parts, no question, but there is still interactive dialogue, and from what I have seen, it is NOT entirely automatic like most people are claiming. I have only seen about 5 hours of the game, but it's more than enough for me.

Of those 5 hours you didn't think all of that auto dialogue was too much? We barely had any choice.

how spoilerish is the citadel clip?  i don't like forming opinions based solely on hearsay and other's opinions.
