^ And what the company is famous for (i.e. dialogue choices/wheels)

Reading all these posts... my heart is actually breaking.
The, "illusion" of player made dialogue doesn't matter. It's the point of making the choice that counts. Something being worded differently 3 times still makes an impact on how your character acts. I just... I can't believe I am reading this. I am so upset right now that BioWare chose to do this... I'm in shock...
Your heart is ACTUALLY BREAKING because of a change in dialogue options on a VIDEO GAME. I want you to stop and think about that for a minute.
I have, and I still feel the same. I've played BW games since BG2 when I was young... I am a game enthusiast. Obsidian and BW are my two favourite developer companies. I love RPGs and having choice in a game in terms of dialogue.
If your favourite book series ruined something really important in their next book, i'm sure you'd be as upset. A game is a form of media, and a lot of people feel attached to a lot of games. Why would you even question that?

No worse than when grown men go apespit over children's games like basketball and football.
Exactly. Let me be dramatic over this, it's my thing. Like you have your thing.
