Let me guess, you live in Europe.
Cause as far as I know in NA only Gamestop and EB games had the N7 warfare gear (the armor and Valkyrie).

GAME was suppose to have it too in UK, but we know about GAME going belly up, so.

I'm from South America, so don't know about that,however the game description was very clear AND whenever I put the product key on Origin the description clearly describes th N7 Warfare Gear.Now, I would know if they had sent me the CODE!

Players in the U.S. that preorder ME3 get ONLY the Raider shotgun and the Argus assault rifle. They don't get the Valkyrie or the N7 Defender Armor. People that preordered outside the U.S. get all 4.

"From the ashes" was a separate Download from the n7 collector's edition materials download in the addons on Origin here in Canada.

All my DLC shows up properly. Except the argus rifle. How screwed up is that. - - It shows it under my registered game content but doesnt appear in game

This is the email that ur gonna receive, i was surprised to get N7 warfare gear also, i didnt know that Brazil was gonna receive this item as preorder on origin:

Also if you didnt receive the code yet, speak with the origin live chat (origin help -> live chat), i did that, the guy who i spoke told me to wait more few hours to see if i get the email, as a miracle 5 minutes later i received the email above with the codes

I just used the "call me" option on origin support and got a guy from my hometown who researched the emails sent to me, confirmed I should have gotten the codes, then had management create a pair for me, read them off, and waited while I plugged them in. All in under 5 minutes of wait and 5 minutes of call time.

This singlehandedly changed my opinion of EA support. If you're having trouble, just call. You might not get someone quite as awesome but I can confirm that my issue got resolved at least.

Yeah no e-mail yet, I'll contact live chat again. Hey JATF ,how much time between the day you ordered and the day you received the codes? Maybe it takes more than one or two days for them to preocess the orders.(I am tottaly guessing here,based on what the live chat guy told me)

Edit-Live chat guy said it should be sent by the end of the day.*Crosses Fingers*
(Also implied that EU ones should be sent on Friday)

So i just got done chatting with EA regarding not receiving the shotgun and assault rifle pre order bonus ( I pre-ordered the deluxe editition through Origin). I now have the N7 pack ( 2 assault rifles & set of armor) for pre ordering from Gamestop, which i did not do, and also the armor for playing kingdom of amalur, which i have not played. LOL.....so still no shot gun - but i got alot of other goodies!

Also, I was given the codes for the N7 Pre Order Bonus inside the chat with EA. So apperently those of you who are being told to wait for an email are stuck with someone who 1. doesnt care or 2. doesnt know.

No mate you are totaly wrong it is clearly stated that you should get all those items with the Digital deluxe edition...

I believe the description was different for US customers and non-US customers. US customers got From Ashes DLC included, and 2 items. Non-US customers got 4 items but not From Ashes.

That being said, I haven't received my pre-order codes in the mail.

I live in Sweden, so I should be able to start playing at midnight tonight... but I'm really starting to get worried that I won't get all the DLC I should from my Digital Deluxe N7 version. So far I'm still waiting for the codes for the N7 Arsenal, the Valkyrie, the Defender, the Raider shotgun and the Argus.

I do have the N7 Collectors edition material installed on Origin, but I'm not sure what items are actually included in that one. I really hope I get an e-mail today so that I can start the game with 'everything' installed at midnight tonight.

I contact Origin support , from origin->help about 30min ago.

First support representative wich answered told me he will help me , after 10min of waiting I posted to see what is happening , he gone inactive and I got transferred to second support representative (if I didn't posted anything I would just get kicked automatically by system).

Second support representative was awesome. That guy taken my order number, check it, gave me bonus codes and waited for me to enter them and we finished all for 3-4 minutes

So its just matter of who will answer your chat request or phone request.

I'm from EU btw. Now waiting for 9 March for unlock

Aight, gave Origin support a try... the rep. gave me two codes, one for the AT12 Raider, and one for the M55 Argus. When I asked him about the N7 Defender Armor and the N7 Valkyrie Rifle, he said that they don't have those codes available yet and asked me to check back on a later date.

Did I get punked?

I got all codes ... you get one code for N7 Warfare Gear (wich includes N7 armor and rifle) , one code for M55 Argus Assault Rifle and one code for AT12 Raider Shotgun Pack.

Ok,after contacting three reps the third one was a very cool guy,checked my number and passed me the bonus code,all went well.

It really is a matter of who you talk to.

It was one code for N7 Gear and the M55 Argus.He said that I would get the AT-12 during the game.
