You press the Help button (question mark) in the top right corner of Origin, then Live Chat.

By the way, now I've had yet another rep. tell me that I'm only entitled to two items, even though I showed him the store page which says four... bah.

I already have 5 rep and all they say the same... They cant and wont help you with bonus codes because the retailers are the one that are responsible of that...

Anyone from Sweden that ordered the Digital Deluxe version through Origin get their codes yet? If so, when did you get them, and how many codes were you e-mailed?

I'm in online now in the US with with an EA game advisor and he seems clueless. He first told me that I ordered the standard edition after I had already explained that I need a pre-order bonus DLC code. Then he comes back about ten minutes later with a code that gives me the N7 Warfare pack, but no AT 12 shotgun


Update. The rep gave me both codes and now I'm good to go with some extra goodies. A little patience goes a long way

Chatted with an EA rep and he gave me the two codes for the Origin Standard Edition download.

Now the game has finally been released in my country, and I still haven't recieved any codes in my e-mail. I've contacted the swedish branch of Origin through their website and I've sent them a message (e-mail form since live chat wasn't an option in Sweden)... I'm hoping I will have an answer by tomorrow. I'll wait to start to play ME3 until this has been resolved.

Same for Belgium, no pre-order codes or whatever received (yet?)...

I hope they don't **** this up... it's pretty easy stuff: you pre-order -> you get the bonusses.

Surely, they aren't dumb enough to **** this up. If I don't get my stuff in approx 30 mins (it's already 1 hour past release), I'll be writing a very angry e-mail to EA.

They better fix this fast.

I waited almost two hours, but I finally got a hold of support via Live Chat. They gave me a code for the Argus, but said I should already have the AT-12 and I don't show that I do.

Frankly, it isn't worth my time to fight such issues. I'm just frustrated because my time is valuable. I spend money buying collector's editions and DLC because I want to financially support companies that provide me with products I enjoy. But when things don't work, I have to jump through hoops, and I don't get what I paid for, it makes me consider spending money with that company again.

Release day in Germany, and nothing in the mail.

Now sitting in the Origin support queue once again, this time I'm gonna flip if they keep telling me I'm not entitled to the items, haha.

I purchased the game through Gamersgate and each time I try to reveal the code for M55 Argus Assault a windows pops up saying "This serial key is not available yet, please check back later. Thank you for your patiance!".
I think it's just that EA didn't provide the retailers with the bonus codes(yet).

i don't know if it's against the rules but i got ALL of this simply from talking to a Guide online here, and then yesterday, i was given some more codes, like in this pic i'll link you to. If posting pic links is against the rules and i didn't see it when i went through them, please tell me.

my stupid argus rifle code was emailed to me 8 hours ago. pretty pathetic when bestbuy waits a few days before sending us our codes, including some gamestop locations, i'd say ask for N7 Warfare Gear code cuz its the incisor sniper rifle, argus gun, and N7 Defender Armor

I talked to a EA support-guy through live chat an hour or so ago. He said that the codes will be e-mailed out tomorrow (friday the 9th of March). I hope he is right, becuase I will be waiting to start my playthrough until I have all the DLC I'm supposed to get.

I hope everyone else is getting their codes today as well. The waiting truly is excruciating.

Now to test the game out and see if everything is showing up as it should.
