Please check your inbox rules and spam filters if you're not seeing it. Also, please note that delivery of the email may take up to a few days after your regional Mass Effect 3 release date. We thank you for your patience."

Mail shouldn't take days... If I were to purchase it through Steam I'd get the codes in an instant, but they decided not to work with Steam. The least they should do is provide the same service seeing as they are getting more money because I'm working with them directly now.

I did read that the codes might only go out in the next few days but it sounds as though some people who pre-ordered using Origin and from the UK have already received their codes!! I don't understand why some of us might therefore have to wait a few days!
Just phoned up the EA helpline and "surprisingly" their Mass Effect 3 system is down at the moment so they are unable to see what is going on with my account!!!!
Considering I've taken a day off work I'm not particularly happy about this. I just hope that the next person I speak to is able to provide slightly more help than the first one was. Has anybody else had any joy getting them to confirm DLC unlock codes in the UK this morning?

Ive complained to EA regarding misadvertising, siting links stating where the consumers are lead to believe there are 4 pre order codes, and the fact that the official website is mysteriously down, and they have replied back to me with all codes for AT12, M55 & N7. Redeemed, checked in game and all worked
For your info again
I am in UK and pre-ordered Standard Edition (£34.99) on Origin Beta. Now I'm satisfied as I was in tesco earlier and saw mass effect for £27, sitting there thinking to myself why did I spend £8 more on origin just to be made an idiot out of.
Wish the rest of you luck

Hello Im UK and I preordered STANDARD game as it was advertised as "pre order now and get all pre order items" on Origin. I have got no items. I contacted EA live support and spoke to Masood who now states I am entitled to NOTHING because I bought standard version of the game. Now its awfully convenient that though the internet tells you standard version should entitled you to AA-12 and M55 the official site is unavailable http://masseffect.wi...i/Mass_Effect_3 -- wow what are the odds of that? Can anyone confirm please
I had the exact same experience (I'm a North American customer.) I am going to leave the names of the representatives (if they're even real names and not just handles/aliases) out because it's a public forum... but if anyone from BioWare or EA cares to contact me I can provide them, along with transcripts that I saved mostly because of just how UNREAL this experience was.
I preordered ME3 on Origin. When the game launched on March 5 I didn't have my preorder codes yet but I decided to be patient. By the next morning I went on to Origin live chat. The representative told me that 'some customers are having this issue', they're sorry, etc, and to 'wait until the game is fully launched' and I'd receive my preorder codes. I asked what 'fully launched' meant since, well... the game had launched. He said when it launches in all regions, not just mine. Ok, so that means waiting a few days until March 9 for the Euro guys. Not a problem. Sucks, but I can live with that.
Today, March 11, 2 days after Euro release and nearly a week after my preorder and region's release, I still had not received any codes or word from EA. So going on to Origin live chat again...
and I now have to argue with the representative that the pre-order bonus even EXISTS. No joke. This went on for almost half an hour, with him claiming that since I ordered standard retail edition I "was not entitled to any DLC. That is Collector's Edition only." I tried my best to clarify with him that I was not talking about the CE-exclusive armour or free From Ashes DLC, but strictly the M55 assault rifle and raider shotgun that were preorder bonuses with all Origin editions of ME3. The cherry on top was when he linked me the *current* origin store page for ME3 and said "See? No DLC for standard edition." WELL OF COURSE THERE'S NO MENTION OF PREORDER BONUSES ANYMORE, THE GAME IS LAUNCHED! (Sorry for the caps, but man this was the height of frustrating run-arounds.) I tried to pull up the preorder page from the ME3 official website (and I mean official, not wiki) to stay reasonable and show him exactly what I was talking about... and conveniently the page is gone. Luckily I dug up Chris Priestly's official post on ME3 preorder bonuses (
http://social.biowar...index/8918403/1 ) and linked it to the Origin representative. He then ignored me, and 'hung up' on me so to speak, after which I was transferred to a different representative and had to start this process all over again.
The new guy at least doesn't question the existence of preorder bonuses or my entitlement to them (thankfully?). Instead he tells me to 'please wait some time for the DLC to unlock in game.' How this will happen magically is beyond me when I haven't received any codes to redeem and my BioWare Social profile shows that I don't have any DLC associated with my account (other than From Ashes... yes... I like Protheans so I paid for it...) I asked how long 'some time is.' He tells me 24-48 hours. Obviously at this point I'm smelling some... bovine doo-doo... since that's a rather arbitrary 'please go away' number and pretty much what the very first guy told me on March 6 to make the problem go away. I told him I wasn't buying it since I'd been given this run around earlier in the week and to please just generate some new codes for me. He assures me 'not to worry' and just to 'contact us back' if the DLC doesn't magically appear. Riiiiight, after March 6 guy told me the same and I have to waste an hour being told to go away and come back to dealing with this? I say again no dice, and he again assures me 'it will automatically unlock in 2 weeks.' ??? Wait what??? 2 weeks??? And automatically???
If you've made it this far in my wall of text then we've got:
1st rep March 6: Just wait a few days until March 9
2nd rep March 11: Preorder bonus for Origin standard edition does not exist. Disconnect with no 'bye', 'sorry', or 'I'm transferring you
3rd rep March 11: Just wait 24-48 hours then come deal with our runaround again
3rd rep March 11, 5 minutes later: Just wait 2 weeks and it will resolve itself via automagic... if not then come deal with the runaround again
I didn't give up and told him that it was unacceptable for me to pay for a product and not receive it until 2 weeks later or have to come back and deal with them for an hour AGAIN... and asked again for them to please just generate me some codes so we can all just resolve the issue and be done (which I had been asking all along for over an hour at this point.) Finally he relented and added the preorder bonuses to my account.
This is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had since dealing with cell phone contracts when I was a teenager. I'm ashamed to say that every dealing I've ever had with Activision/Blizzard/Valve has blown this out of the water. I had a hard time believing some of the horror stories from personal friends when dealing with Origin support on Battlefield 3... but I get it now.
I've been a BioWare fanatic since KOTOR, and have purchased every game they made (even SWTOR) and a fair amount of the DLC. I've recommended them to friends with a zealous fervor. I even felt a bit of the Canadian pride. What happened to you guys? You used to be the cool guys out of Edmonton/Montreal...
I have no choice but to keep Origin installed for now in order to play the game that I purchased. But unless and until BioWare/EA gets their act together and starts taking their customers seriously, I'm done. I will not purchase a single BioWare or Origin game again. Fin.

The e-mail subject line was "EA STORE is now Origin Store! - Your Mass Effect 3 N7 Collector's Edition Pre-Order", so I guess you guys still waiting for codes could be on the lookout for an e-mail with that subject line.
I got sick of waiting the day after the game was released in my region though, and made EA customer support give me the pre-order codes (the codes I got yesterday are different). First time I went with live chat, and it was disasterous. Like a lot of other people here experienced, the guy was obviously just reading responses off a script, and even gave contradicting responses. Then my support case was closed, even though I had updated it to indicate that my problem had NOT been solved.
Second attempt worked: I filled out my EA support form, directing it under "Account/Registration" problems, and opted to have them e-mail me a response. Got a response with the DLC item codes the next day. I'm not sure if I got lucky, or if the e-mail support guys are usually more knowledgeable than the live chat guys. It's probably worth a shot for people getting nowhere with live chat, though. Good luck.
