They used the Toolset offered on the PC to get the hairstyle.

Making Morphs is probably the easiest aspect of the toolset. (Making good ones being another matter!)
When you get to the morph in question, under Parts Selection, find the hair option and input "hf_har_mora_0" in the hair selection without quotes, and viola! You're good!

Having Morrigan's hair option would be cool! I would also love to have the Elf Mage Poster Girl hair.
