I'm posting this in the ME2 tech support forum, because ME2 is what I'm looking at right now, but this is a bit broader than that.
I have Mass Effect 2 and Dragon Age 2 installed. DA2 appears in Origin, but ME2 does not. There appears to be no way to purchase DLC for either of them though.
Am I always supposed to buy DLC via the Bioware points system? Or am I missing something here?

Now this is even more confusing. The patch notes for the latest version of the Origin client claim that we can now buy DLC directly in the client, but I still can't find a way to do that, and in the store section, we can buy Bioware points.
So is it okay to buy Bioware points and use them in a game that is not on Origin (like ME2), or do I have to buy them through this website for those?
I just don't want to spend money one way or the other and then have a problem. I can't find anything in the way of documentation on this.
