So you fight on the ground planetside in ME3, but what if you could control the battlefront in Space?

So, who here has played those awesome PC Space RTS games called Homeworld 1/2?
Or even Cataclysm...

What if...hear me out...they made Mass Effect into a similar game. Think about it. They could go with a SoaSE style, Turn based, doesn't matter. We have diff races:

Turian
Human
Krogan
Salarian
Asari
Geth
Qurian
(Technically Volus?)

Each race is already established with unique ship designs and aspects, different ship classes, a ton of lore to support gameplay, etc...etc. They have hero sips like the Destiny and Normandy, and you can fight other races for the hell of it, or the campagin is, "All the Space Battles in Mass Effect 3 We don't get to see."
