Meh we shall see what happens then. If I am Krogan presents his photo that shows this is the case and it stands up to scrtuiny, then yay! Maybe their will be hope for you guys to have a better ending that don't like what is being offered through a first playthrough. Till then I'm in a wait and see approach like I was orginally. Even then...I still find it odd a flipping fish will make all that much of a difference...

It can also be said that it is extremely rare to have a FISH in the war assets. What purpose would it have anyways? What the hell is some fish supposed to do against the Reapers? Just saying, it's unusual. 

Maybe they are allergic to them!!!

I do know those fish ARE listed as a war asset! There's something here I think. Plaus the ME base save I never did, I blew up mine.

Well, the fish is definitely in the War Assets, but I doubt the meaning to it or the “Special Reward” is anything other than some little easter egg. I don't think there will be a secret ending, patched or otherwise. Would be nice, I just don't see it happening.
