Meh we shall see what happens then. If I am Krogan presents his photo that shows this is the case and it stands up to scrtuiny, then yay! Maybe their will be hope for you guys to have a better ending that don't like what is being offered through a first playthrough. Till then I'm in a wait and see approach like I was orginally. Even then...I still find it odd a flipping fish will make all that much of a difference...

It can also be said that it is extremely rare to have a FISH in the war assets. What purpose would it have anyways? What the hell is some fish supposed to do against the Reapers? Just saying, it's unusual. 

Maybe they are allergic to them!!!

Yeah it would be like the movie War of the Worlds where the aliens invaded earth and I think it was the bacteria or something from the water and I think just breathing the air too killed them....maybe the fish is like a bacteria to them....you might actually be right lol. It seems like a good guess to me....

Same. I have bad memories from my PS1 and PS2 days where a "secret ending" you had to work your butt off to get was a 30 second scene which hinted a sequel.

This would be a fitting end to my game if the fish were the key to survival and getting the best ending, it makes sense because there is no way that they would have ended the game the way people are saying, there had to be THE good ending somewhere in there. Guess we will see here soon if our years of playing Mass Effect 1,2 and now 3 ends on at least a feeling of accomplishment without too much disappointment.

*nods* I agree. It would be awesome to throw a fish at a reaper and then...BAM! Chain reaction and they all die in spectacular fashion without the Normany getting stranded...Unless

The fish end up breeding with members of the stranded Normandy and we end up with some odd Human-Fish-Alien hybird
