I placed my order for the Xbox 360 ME3:CE with Origin at the beginning of January, but between then and now had my wallet stolen and had to close my cards.
Anyways, after getting new cards, I call them to update my payment information and they tell me they can't do that.
What?!
Apparently they can't update your billing/shipping in any way... so if you pre-order something through them and move, you are out of luck. That would also mean that if your card will hit an expiration period between the time you pre-order and the game's release, you are also out of luck... even if you try to contact them pre-emptively to resolve the issue.
I asked them if they can contact the people who run their ordering system (Digital River) to see if THEY can update my information, but have yet to hear back one way or the other... things are looking terribly grim.
This is really depressing...
