This is my first post in this Forum. So Hello to all!

Read all the posts...and just wanted to say that we here in Switzerland seem to have the same problem as many others. We can't even download the Pre-Load version. I have ordered DDE -German version....well...if nothing happens till tomorrow evening, I will cancel my order and get it at Steam.

I'd say if nothing will happen till tomorrow morning, it's highly unlikely that anything happens till evening... Not sure if it's worth it to cancel the preorder, i foresee a looooong mailing session (talking about weeks here) regarding the refunds in that case. It seems that we just won't get a "preload", it'll be simple "download" only, on release day.

but yeah, its not really worth cancelling, the proccess will be drawn out.



im sure it will total unlock come the 6th, and a few extra hours to download the game will only increase excitement anyway

Okay, got an answer: "Please be informed that game is not

yet released in UK. The tentative release date of the game in UK is 6th of November.

Once the game is released you will be able to download it."



So my After-load begins at 6th of november.

Think this case is a clear warning not to use EADM in the future...at least not for pre-orders and such.

That said, i just realized that i ordered and paid for ME2 already...aww

I had the same problem, couldn't pre-load for a while...today, it worked finally!!

BTW, did any of u guys get the codes for the DLC and items yet?

Didn't get any codes yet. And honestly, i don't think i'll get them anytime soon.

Same here, havent gotten the DLC codes yet, even if they said within 48h of the gamecode mail.



Now im stuck where I need Wardens Keep so wont play more until I get the codes. Really annoying.

My start button is still inactive and no DLC codes have arrived yet. Pretty much the worst service possible. I guess my country isn't getting a preload either and god knows when the codes will be sent out. Five hours to go but I'll probably be unable to download the game after release as well for all I know.

Is there a specific point in the game where you have to have the DLC installed to be able to access it? I was under the impression that DLC only added locations on the worldmap that you could visit at any time, even at the end of the game.

Edit: The game is released and now I can download it. Looks like preloading simply wasn't a part of the deal for some countries. I'll be waiting for the DLC e-mail but my anger is somewhat soothed now that I can actually download the game.

Has anyone contacted EA about when the codes will be sent? It's a quite futile effort but maybe someone's got some info.
