So I am about to start a new ME2 game in preparation for ME3. The question I have is this. During the beginning of the game, Miranda and Jaccob are asking you some questions. They get to who died on Virmire. Now, in my playthrough, Ashely died. If you tell them that Kaiden died when they are questioning you, does it overright that plot point from the ME 1 import?

They actually ask you why did you leave them to die in the blast not who was left behind.

They also ask you who you left as head of the council. This is because this info doesn't get ported over properly in a save transfer, and thus your answer here *will* overide the decision you made in ME1.
