It seems like I have a bug: While I have many rockets, medi-gels, etc. in stock from purchasing packs, I never have any equipped when I start a mission.

Hi there pal, I'm having the same exact issue. I've sent a ticket to EA support to see if they can fix it. Did you manage to find a solution for this? I have tried everything but nothing seems to work.
