I know he can probably die at the end, but can he die before that? Does Kai Leng go after him, too? Like with Miranda?

every crew member can die in the final battle if you take them with you but your war asset score isnt high enough.
dont know about him being able to die before that, but I think i´ve read somewhere that everybody can (except liara, who can only die in the final battle).
and no, I´m not talking about the ending, I´m talking about the actual final battle (ground assault on earth)
