In terms of combat performance it would have to be Wrex who has immunity and CCs.

In terms of character development and personality my favorite is Mordin.

Characters that I want to space are Zaeed, Jacob and Kaidan (who are the same character). Coincidentally I killed off all 3 of these characters between Mass Effect 1 and 2.

My favourite LI is Miranda, which is my fourth favourite squadmate.
