I read on a game mature rating site (esrb or EU's version idk) that there will be sex with crew.......including aliens but with a catch.There will be no Boobs showing.
So yeah judge that if you like

I actually used the "fox news scandal" in a school work about media. I mostly made Fox news look dump when i showed the romance scenes to my classmates, "alien sex simulator my ass".

Anyway, whats up with this "fear of nudity"? i am not saying every game has to be a sexfest but if the situation calls for it and the timing is right the devs should go for it. To this day, the best romance plot Bioware did IMO is Viconia's from BG2 and you didint need graphic sex for that (text sex scene ftw, i guess?).

I don't care about skin. I like it when it is there and done in a good way like the pool scene from the witcher 2.
It was well done ME1 with only hint's at things, but it felt kind of tame in ME2 . You do not have have to show any thing, but imply nudity because having them fully clothed after is stupid.
Man this sex was awesome let's put on our clothes and then hug.

Video game sex scenes are a creepy to begin with in my opinion, and if anything it's immature to have them there. They're done with a bit of class in ME so it doesn't bother me but if it was anything worse it would just make me think the devs were dumbasses - "Okay, that's the epic and emotional main story done...now what? *giggle* I know, lets add some boobies. WOO!" lol

It's just wierd. Sex in video games is a fine line but I think they have it about right.

My guess is because you aren't making love to any of the bodies in L.A. Noir and the Witcher isn't mainstream enough to be caught on FOX's radar.

This is your argument? Backed by 'there is no reason.' That's right up there with 'won't someone think of the children?' and, 'it's just not appropriate.'

The way Bioware listens to the community we'll be getting G rated content before long.

People aren't asking for 'hardcore' scenes.

I Know that but people really take this too serious, why does  "sex scenes" really matter it's not like you play for that reason so take what you get.

Idm, as long as they are tastefull. It could be full nudity all the way down to all clothes on, if it can be pulled off so that the scene fits the character, so be it.

Hmm....That would probably be more disturbing then cool.

That does raise a good question though. Are there any FCC or ratings board regulations on depicting fictitious non-human sentient life unclothed or in the act of reproduction? I don't think there is. As long as the humans are PG-13 Bioware is safe from the wrath of US cable news networks.

So it looks like Bioware is doomed to make their human protagonists dry hump for all eternity. Hopefully they will at least take their helmets off........... :/

I was never expecting something like Original Sin or Eyes Wide Shut, so what we've had before was ok. If they try to make it seem more organic and less like to barbies being slapped together, then that's a good thing.
