Just saw the reinstated trailer and to me she looks like a man except with long hair and make up. The default female Shep looks smoking hot in ME1 and ME2 but why the heck did they have to change her face in ME3...
Is it just me or does default female Shepard in ME3 looks like a man with long hair and make up?

Personally, no I don't think she looks man. I'm even planning on replacing all my custom femshep's with for ME3 or at least some of them. I already use the default male Shepard for all my male games.

The default Female Shepard in ME1 and ME2 is the furthest thing from hot.

I don't recall how she looked like exactly but some earlier pictures made me think that she resembles a lot Skidrow singer Sebastian Bach in bands early days.

I don't think she looks like a man, I think she looks like a teenager made in the Sims. She's too cartoony, her eyes are too big and those freckles look super fake.
