she doesn't look like a man. but still i don't like her because:
1. doesn't look like the one in the promo pics
2. unrealistic
3. the mouth
4. the make ups and hairstyle
Is it just me or does default female Shepard in ME3 looks like a man with long hair and make up?

Except for the brow that's a little too pronounced, I think her profile is pretty. Her nose looks better than 90% of what you can make in the custom creator.
From the front, though...it's a little disappointing. She looks like the unlikely hero of country bumpkins everywhere. And don't get me wrong, I LOVE red hair and green eyes - it's the look I chose for my SWTOR character - but Shep's face just looks like an over-exaggerated Irish stereotype.
Aside from that, I think she looks too young/fresh faced for the combat and emotional situations she's been through. Male Shepard looks appropriately aged, "experienced" and, dare I say, handsome in a rugged way. Even from the first game, his face was always more detailed than Fem Shep, as seen here, masseffect.wikia.com/wiki/File:Default_Shepards.jpg. Helps that his face was based on a Dutch model's. Exactly who's face was Fem Shep based on? /shudder
Despite all this, I decided to just use the default Fem Shep face for my first ME3 play through. At least, I said to myself, her face is almost on par with John's from a detail/texture quality standpoint this time. I couldn't hang, though, and had to reroll after 2 hours. So now I'm agonizing over the custom creator trying to make her look just a little bit like my ME2 Shepard. It's not going well.

A lot of guys look like women if they put on makeup and a long wig...

Other than her cheeks bones and eys being a little big and so looking odd occasionally depending on angle, i think she looks great.
Not as great as Fem!Hawke though.
