I purchased most of the DLC's for Mass Effect 2 but needed to rebuild my workatation. After reinstalling ME2 I logged in but it shows all the DLC's I paid for as needing to be purchased again.
I have several if not all of the electronic receipts. Can someone tell me who I need to contact for help if this isn't the place to get this corrected?

No replies after 5 days huh? I am having a similar problem. Does anyone have any ideas? I am trying to download the last 2 ME2 DLCs I haven't completed but the store won't let me use any of my credit or debit cards. And there's no phone number to call.
PS: After checking, the ME 2 DLC that I already paid for is no longer available for download, same as you.

Contact EA, they helped me with a issue with my dlc and were very helpful. Go to the main EA website and log in with your screen name and password and go to support then enter your problem. You will be given 3 ways of contact. Just have them call you back and a advisor will help you with your problem.
