Seems from the wording that yes, after release, the kit will automatically be granted after logging into ME3 multi-player with your Origin account thats associated with your BF3.

Not sure if it is just a skin, or other stuff too, the wording isn't that clear, a "kit" could include more, guess we will find out on the 6th.

Saw this in the BioGame folder in regards to the Battlefield 3 promotion:

Very interesting. Looks like there are two Battlefield 3 promotions. Looks like getting an early pc copy from WalMart (even though I can't actually play it yet) has some benefits.
