Is it Possible to take a Light piece of Armor in Dragon age origins and make it look like a Heavy Piece of armor but still keep it's light armor stats?

Yes, you would just need to make a new set of variations for chest/boots/gloves that specifies one of the heavy armour models, then create the items in the toolset that use those variations instead of one of the vanilla variations. I recently wrote a tutorial on the first part, creating the variations - http://social.biowar...g_GDAs_tutorial
Just follow that tutorial and use the model name info from the appropriate heavy armour variation GDAs. You could add all 4 of the vanilla heavy models if you wanted to, as long as each row gets a unique ID number.

Thanks for the adive it worked. Incidententally the instructions on the wiki may need an update. To successfully convert the excel doc to an GDA the excel processor requires the inputted document to be saved as a97-2003 worksheet otherwise it will not work.

You'll note it says XLS, not XLSX. The main 2DA page details this more specifically. While that page is linked at the start of the tutorial, I might throw in a link to that file format section or otherwise mention it when I get the chance.
