 mass effect 2 keeps crashing on the recruit the krogon mission it is always in the same place and this is the report that i get

tried to contact ea and was is dialog with them but i have been ignore for over a week now has anyone got any ideas about this

A repeated crash in the same place means only one thing: there's something corrupted in the game data. The only solution is reinstalling the game, or, if you have Steam version, verifying the game cache.

a reinstall fixed the problem thanks for the advice
