Hey,

i've been trying to preload my ME3 Digital Deluxe Edition since yesterday. After starting preload, Origin is displaying "preparing" for a while and then proceeds with "unexpected error has occurred. Please try again in few moments.
Error 111".

Anybody else got this? Is there a workaround? Rebooting
and/or restarting Origin doesn't help.

I had a similar problem once. Re-install Origin client and try again. Also, you can check what step is erroring out by accessing the file C:\\ProgramData\\Origin\\Logs\\Client_Log

I managed to find a solution for my problem after reading about error 111 problems people have had with BF3.



Apparently Finnish ISP Sonera (HOASnet) somehow blocks gates Origin needs. I
disabled my router and connected to internet via my iPhone using 3G and
Origin was able to start ME3 downloading with no problem.



After downloading a while i reconnected my router and Origin was
able to resume downloading (downloading steady 1.3 MB/sec now).



Worth a try at least if someone else if facing similar problem. Sadly you can't always blame Origin Was almost losing my mind after visiting EA Help chat 4 times and only getting piece of sh*t advice.
