Hi,

I haven't found clear answer for this. I'm considering of buying Mass Effect 3 UK version from GamersGate.com.uk because you get free Dragon Age: Origins with it, but I'm not sure if the ME3 UK will be playable outside UK, or moreover, in Finland. 

Is there anyone who knows for sure? Sorry if this is a repost of some sort.

PC games aren't region locked. You can play this wherever you want.

Not exactly
Skyrim for example is region locked which is a pain in the dick since I never buy games in my own country.
So I ended up buying skyrim only to have to use a crack... +1

I guess so, I bought the Digital Deluxe edition in English and it says English (UK).

I actually wanted the American one, but I guess people from outside the US ordering the English version always get the UK one.
