Hi,
some questions about audio...
The toolset provides some tools to work on the audio i want to insert into my projects? For example i'll be able to register a voice using a toolset feature, or i must use external softwares? If not, there are almost some audio quality improvement tool such as reverb effects or 3D audio ambient efffects?
I'm asking this because, although i have knowledge on studio mixing, i'd like some good preset to reverb the voice to help fit it in different ways considering the enviroment where a character will talk (open or closed areas).
Next for 3D models:
is it possible to increase the size of exsisting 3D models in an easy way? Automatic constraining proportions considering texture scaling too?
Thank you allrrrggghhh!!!
About working on audio (..i'm a musician, so understand me :p)

I don't know what they're going to do with audio myself -- but, given how prevalent EAX is in games the past decade or so, I'd assume voices should be as dry as possible, so that DAO could use the reverb and such for a given area. If I do anything (and I hope to), I would certainly slap a little brightening EQ on there.

For audio there's a few tools involved. You'll need an editor of course, FMOD and the DA Toolset. It's best to reord the VO dry as reverb is supplied ingame in the levels.

If you're interested in voices for your builds, you should take a look at the Voice Actors Database. It's on the forum.

@VanceDylan: sorry but what is FMOD?

FMOD is the program that handles packaging up audio files for Dragon Age. It's a piece of third-party software we've been able to include with the toolset, so it has a rather different interface than the rest of the toolset does.
For some things like VO the toolset uses FMOD to package stuff up transparently and you won't need to use it directly. However, if you want to put new music and sound events and such into the game you'll likely have to delve in. I found some internal documentation on FMOD a while back that was quite extensive and I wikified it here: http://social.biowar.../index.php/FMOD
However I haven't actually learned to use it myself so if you've got more in-depth questions I'll hopefully be able to find people who can answer them for me.
