They do stuff not because they need to, but because they can.

Play ME1 and ME2 again. Recall Cerberus' history: they tend to screw up... a lot. Project Overlord, Subject Zero's experiments, Derelict Reaper, assassinating admirals and other higher ups, etc. After what Shepard did (assuming you blew up the Collector base), TIM is pretty pissed. Shepard screwed Cerberus over BIG TIME. So yeah. Cerberus is pissed off. They're going to screw things off again. And it's the perfect time to screw things up.

The illusive man probably want to take control over the reaper's somehow to make the human race superior because they are in control of the reapers.

Cerberus is doing what I knew it would from ME2. Writing on the wall. Just because people say something, doesn't mean they aren't going to do something else.

Cerberus must cooked up something powerful, because i dont see why Cerberus turns on everyone when Reapers are inc,its strategyicaly unproductive.

Not that it makes any difference when you compare any other music to System of a Down which is superior to anything.

If I had to speculate, Cerberus is the stoopid villain who likes to kick the dog (pun intended) that's on a leash to get it to snarl and rage after it's enemies, but then loses control over it only to see it turn on the owner.

Cerebrus would be the equivalent of doing this with the Reapers, trying to control them, kill anything non-human, but not do anything for the greater good.
