im sure theres other posts about this and ive looked through a few but different people have different problems then my own or are in different countires. so my question is, i bought this game when it came out, and tried to use the redeem codes for stone prisoner/blood armor on the game itself and it said invalid code. so i went to the website and success they show on the page as registered, however in game i do not have the stone prisoner nor do i have the quest for blood armor. Is this suppose to happen or what...lol. and using the codes in game still does nothing. some one help me please.

i have exactly the same problem :-( and its definitely NOT supposed to be like that. on TOP of this, i have even BOUGHT the stone prisoner DLC AND the Warden's Keep DLC from the PSN onlinestore, both of which downloaded and installed, but, of course, neither of them appears, either in the Downloadable Content, nor inside the game, which is VERY frustrating. i've been to live chat with EA support, phoned the local EA support and sill noting. all you can ge out of them is "that they are aware of DLC problems, and are investigating...

The two most likely causes are

1) The DLC you downloaded was not the same version of your game. If your game is NTSC, then your PSN account needs to be connected to a store that has NTSC content. Generally somewhere in North America. if your game is PAL, you need to be connected to a PSN store that has PAL content, generally anywhere in Europe or Australia.

2) The content was redeemed to an EA account different than the one your game is logged into. If you redeemed your codes in-game there'd be chance of this happening, but if you redeemed the codes via the website there is a chance that you used a different account.

Jason, you mean that if we bought the asian version of the game we can`t buy the download content from the European PSN? we need to buy it from the HK PSN (in my case)? Difficult task.

btw i still don`t see the stone prisoner and blood armour i see them here but after creating asian psn accounts still don`t have them

that's what he's saying, and it not that difficult just make a HK account then search ebay for "HK PSN Cards"

btw i managed to get all the dlc creating another HK account from scratch

In my case I bought the game PS3. Played it for two days and then the disc failed (there was a visible warp near the center like the disc was manufactured with a defect). Returned it to Walmart, replaced it and all was fine except I couldn't get the armor redeemable content because the web page at dragonage.bioware.com/redeem wouldn't take it.

What' the solution?

i've got a question, i lived in USA a long time and i bought my PS3 there, but i registered my acc while i was living on spain, now i live in Mexico and i've bought the Colectors edition here, and it happens that i can't download the content or anything, but the page recognizes that i have entered the codes what can i do??

Switch your PSN to connect to the North American PSN store and you should be able to access the content.

Is it just me but...I bought my dragon age from play.com and all is running fine apart from the code for feral wolf charm and memory band!! every time i try to put them in it says codes already used! I spoke to play and they were very good and gave me another NEW code...same again they dont work. can anyone shed any light on this. Play are going to speak to Bioware as they think it is there problem>

So if i live in Europe and have the ntsc version of the game, what exactly should i do to d/l the free add-ons!? (nothing is even showing on the downloadable content page)

No , you won't lose the codes as long as you use the same log in to dragon age servers as before. this worked for me i just created a psn account for hong  kong and then downloaded the data. now i can use it just fine in my main aussie profile as well. once it is downloaded and installed it is not restricted to user .

i got a used game with no redeem code then downloaded the dlc files for both stone prisoner & wardens keep

they show in game content but the problem is ifind the merchant in camp & talk 2 him but i can`t find wardens keep on my map

also the stone prisoner i find the merchant and get the tod but again i can`t find the village

please help i`m frustrated

 So this is what happened to me. I bought Dragon Age: Ultimate Edition a few months ago. I entered the codes and all was fine. I played the game for like a month but then I broke my computer and I had to repair it. When my computer was fine I downloaded the game again but the Redeem Code did not work. It said that It had already been used before. So all the downloadable content I had bought is not availble for me to use. What can I do in order to solve this? I just don't want to buy the game again or anything like that.

I have a problem as well. I bought the Leliana's Song and Return to Ostagar DLC's on the online store, but I didn't get a redeemable code at ALL! Not with either of them!
What is this code all of you speak of!? O.O
