So, in preparation for ME3 I made a quick Playthrough of ME1 with a new Shepard. Took me 11:58 hours on Casual, getting up to level 37.
ME2, I'm still on it.

Well I beat ME1 for the first time on casual in 10 hours and 37 minutes. I only did the main quest this first time.
It took me 24 hours to do all the quests in my forth play through on normal difficulty.
I might do a quick playthrough of ME2 next.
