Your EMAIL US link, takes me to an EA FYI page. The Bring Down The Sky page for ME1 is broken. Check the links, it takes you to main Bioware page. There seems to be NO WAY to contact a real person via phone or email. I am ready to FexEx mail each of the Board of Directors and Upper level executives to get this matter fixed. I have done this before to Comcast about their revolviing door distribuition of cable boxes with bad drives. They sent me a new one, boxed, and the company took my advice to put new drives in each one that failed testing. A jerk at Best Buy screwed me on a warranty that covered damage. I called and postal mailed corporate until I got him fired. And the staff at the Best Buy in Braintree MA, treat me like a VIP.
I have bought ME1 for PC TWICE just to keep Bring Down the Sky as I have rebuilt and upgraded my computer several times over the past 6 years. Now, even if I were to buy a new ME1 in a box, the page for the CD-KEY for BDtS is BROKEN!! Don't you want people new to Mass Effect play all THREE of the games? SInce decisions in both the first and second games effect the experience of the 3rd.
I will under take this as a merciless crusade, not just for me, but for all the loyal and new players of the MASS EFFECT series!!!!!!!!!!!!!
FIX THIS NOW!!!!!!!!
I didn't want to post my TWO SETS of CD-Keys for obvious reasons. But, I can produce them.
I will also use Facebook and contact X-Play and AOTS on G4 by all means until this problem is exposed world wide.
