 I just went to get my "Disc 1" from the collector's edition steelbook, and went to take the game out carefully as I always treat my discs with respect, and the disc just cracked right along a radius! so now the game is separated at one point!
Can anyone please tell me who I can contact (Since EA's support page is a load of crap, no helpful info nor an email address!) so that I may resolve my problem?
Also, I can't just take it back to to the shop because its been more than 15 days since I bought it.

Look in the back of your manual for that info assuming the disc replacement service is available where you are. Though it is the collectors edition you are writing about and I would have my doubts whether they have any left.
