Can't preload ME3

 I'm from India. This link here says that I can preload the game on  Sat 03 Mar 18 03:00 KST  (Whatever that means). I just pre ordered the Digital Deluxe edition from origin, but the ME3 icon in origin is greyed out and showing "Unreleased". Is this because my order is still being processed, or is this a known issue for Indian/Asian customers?  I haven't received the order confirmation email from EA if that helps.

I cannot preload either, I also just purchased the game, I am on the West Coast United States.


EDIT: I'm now able to preload, it just took a while before it could start!

I purchased the Digital Deluxe Edition and am unable to pre-load. I've reloaded my games and restarted Origin several times. My friends who bought the Standard Edition have had no problems. Is there an issue with the Digital Deluxe Edition not pre-loading?

I got in contact with technical support and they were able to fix the issue for me. Just a heads up for anybody else dealing with this issue!

I'm downloading the Digital Deluxe - 58% completed.

For odd reasons it says that I bought it yesterday, the correct date is 23/12/11.
I'm from Argentina if that helps.

I did pre-order Mass Effect 3 through Yandex.Money. Were withdrawn from the account, but my order is still hanging in anticipation of the money. Support Yandex.Money said to me that the payment was successful. And they told me to contact you, or Digital Rive. However, attempting to communicate with Digital Rive, received in response to this:

<orders@origin-store.com>... Deferred: Connection refused by origin-store.com. Warning: message still undelivered after 4 hours Will keep trying until message is 5 days old

And what do I do?

I was having the same issue, and just now figured out a way to get it to work. I clicked the Cog drop down box to the left of your name in the Origin program, then clicked "Reload My Games." This refreshed everything on my Origin account, including my ME3 Preorder, which then allowed me to preload it. Hope this works for everyone else!

Note: I purchased the standard version via Origin

I contacted help. They had me clear the origin cache, and it is wroking now

Never mind, I clicked my name on the origin app and it showed me N7/ready to download even though my games library showed "unreleased".  Downloading now

Dont know if this will help anyone else. But i leave origin running all the time. I know it is evil spyware and will eat my brain while i sleep, but i do anyway.

Once i quit and tried to relog there is an origin update. Once this loaded ME3 showed up as downloadable.

I just bought it from Origin ( blech ) no pre-order option yet. I'll wait.

The option just popped up. It take a few minutes is all.

Still not working for me. I've tried all the fixes. This sux. Paid almost $100 dollars for it too. Has there been any official announcement about this problem?

I just got off the Live Chat with EA. The guy kept telling me he had no record of my purchase, even tho it's in my Origin Library. He ended the chat abruptly telling me that I must have purchased it through a 3rd party and basically it wasn't his problem. Even though I told him earlier (several times) that I bought it from within the Origin App itself. This is incredibly frustrating. He ended the chat before I could respond... very classy. Also I was very polite the entire time.

Well I just got off the phone with Origin Support. I had to purchase it again. Apparently it didn't go through the 1st time when I bought it through the Origin Application (even tho it was showing up in my Library). Somehow it was being flagged as being purchased from a 3rd party. Long story short, I had to re-buy it from the Origin Website and now it's working.
