NOTE if you ordered the digital deluxe edition, it is not under ME3 it's under N7 Collectors edition in Origin.

I cant pre-load either, its greyed out
Update: I am now able to pre-load after I received an email telling me that its available.
So the whole process from ordering to downloading took about 45min or so, in case anyone wants a time frame

I can't tell if I still have a problem or not with my DDE on Origin.
I had the pre-load greyed out problem. I fixed that by clicking 'reload my games'. I had to click it 3 times to get the fix to work.
Later I discovered that 'From Ashes' had failed. So I clicked 'repair install' from the drop box. And I watched as 'From Ashes' installed.
But what confuses me - I went into "show game details" - both 'From Ashes' and 'N7 Collectors Edition Materials' are shown as 0%. Even though I had installed them in the Library section.. I am getting Error 7049:403.
This is my first time using the Origin thingy, so not sure what this means?
