So, this is one of those things that really has no bearing on anything important in regard to ME3 but its one of those silly questions that has been bugging me for a while.  Share your thoughts (haters and trolls need not reply).

The question (2 part) is:

A: Anyone have ANY idea who that Jason Statham looking sniper is up in Big Ben, the one from the infamous "Vostok" screen cap, that is saving little kids from being mauled by husks?

and

B: Is there a probability that we get to meet him in ME3? (My hope is yes...Shepard will need all hands on deck for this battle.)

From what I understand he is not an important character which is disappointing.
