Not even. Here in the US the FCC has been less strict in recent years. It's not ideal, but people don't sound as cartoonish as they do in ME some times.

98% of those "horrible" things are inflated concerns from whining kids. In my opinion, of course .

Some people like contrived melodramatic fridge tragedy.  Those people will be sated, as will those whose only concerns are gameplay who view the pretty cinematics as a bonus and story as ultimately unimportant but a nice little aside (fondly called the "COD Crowd" on the BSN, aka: BW's new target fanbase).  For the rest, there will only be disappointment.

If you're happy with what BW did, then that's good.  For a lot of others, they aren't happy.  I know I'm definitely not happy.

Just because respect wouldnt be shown for the example you gave(not to say its right, I'd respect those concerns) doesnt mean thats the way it should automatically be for everything else. 

And no I wasnt expecting complete respect from BSN(or pretty much anywhere on the 'net) but it couldnt hurt for some ppl to put a decent comment for once, or at least understand where the OP is coming from.    

Where is he coming from? He got offended. So what? Acting nice isn't going to help him. If anything, that just enables him to act like being offended is the worst thing in the world. Little kid in Africa gets shot at by Warlords, has not eaten in months and smells like an elephants rear end because he has no useable water within a thousand miles, but hey at least he's not offended.

I never said to "act nice", go ahead and voice your thoughts on the topic regardless who doesnt agree with you, but I'm seeing alot of ppl here being completely rude and immature for no reason at all, THATS what I'm talking about. 

Of course being offended by a few words in a video game isnt the worst thing in the world, but theres still nothing wrong with having a problem with it. Besides, this is a game. I'm sure the OP wasnt thinking of a starving, bullet riddled smelly African child with no useable water when he decided to give Bioware a heads up on in-game language.

It's war. You don't say "Oh Drat, FOILED AGAIN" when shot, or when someone who could've been your friend takes one to the head.
Swearing is to be expected. Goddamnit, Damn, and other permutations of the term aren't even at all that serious when compared to F-, S-, and other, more "heavy-duty" words that are present in ME3.
Loads of other games use the line. You can't just tailor a game to religion: that's taking it WAY too far.

OP is offended for no reason. And what you call "rude", is what we in the real world call Reality Checking.OP is in desperate need of one. Especially since he's giving a heads up about language in a M rated game that has, you guessed it, STRONG LANGUAGE. It's right there on the box and everything. If a game that has strong language didn't have goddammit in it, I'd wonder why they said strong language. If anything it'd be average language. In order to classify as strong language, it'd have to have all the major ones. F-bomb alone does not qualify.

Sorry but some of us dont live in 1955. This is a serious game. People are going to curse.  My suggestion for you....don't buy it.
