The Garrus dialogue (if you romance him) just makes it worse! He talks about retiring somewhere warm...having a future together...adoption.Eradyn wrote...
I've been through all of the various stages, sometimes multiple stages at the same time. I'm pretty much past Stage 1, but a part of me still clings to vain hope. I found watching that vid...it broke me. I'm just...so sad now. Six years gone, like that. I feel betrayed. Kind of stupid, but that's how I feel.
That's just sick, Bioware.

So some guy who 90 percent of us have never met tells us this is all there is and we are suppose to beleive him?I need a little more than a few videos and a little audio as proof. If this guy has something then he should back it up. You don't know just how old this is this could be the reason the game was delayed in the first place. Look at it like this if you had this stuff and you wanted to screw BioWare wouldn't you hold onto this untill the game was just a few days from release. So if this guy is out there PM with your proof or just show yourself .
If you would actually put effort into looking, you'd realize that all of this is no longer coming from just one guy anymore. It's been corroborated to hell, but because it doesn't make what people think should happen, people are refusing to accept any supporting evidence.
At this stage, you don't deserve compassion. You deserve to learn what misplaced trust in a game company and sheer ignorance will do when you choose to just ignore what doesn't support your views.
Dont blame him XD. You never heard of Homer Simpsons Stages of grief? look that up on youtube XD
Actually those stages fit this situation perfectly...
I passed acceptance.
Just look at my anger

1.) We don't know the context. As far as I know, there hasn't been a detailed step by step walkthrough of the game. For all we know, it could make perfect sense at the end of the day.
2.) It isn't as doom or gloom as people make it out to be. Starving to death really isn't an issue. Remember, these people are equipped with omni-tools which can basically turn a comic book into an assault rifle. It really isn't stretch of the imagination to believe that there's something on the Normandy that can turn potentially dangerous foodstuff into a healthy if bland nutritional bar to feed the crew for the duration, including Team Dextro.
3.) Mass Effect has never really been hard sci-fi. Space Magic has saved the day before so it could easily save the day again. Maybe in ME4 you'll play a previously faceless member of the crew who discovers the drive core (or what's left of it) has suddenly become reactivated. Maybe the remains of a Mass Relay springs to life. With the way most people are seemingly taken it, ME is a hard sci-fi series when things can't happen just "because".

If that were the case, then Jacob's father's crew wouldn't have had the problems they did after their ship crashed.

That was just one planet though. Judging by the epilogue they appear to not be suffering from neural decay.

Ok, now you're reaching extra hard. It doesn't matter what planet--IF ships were commonly (or even uncommonly) able to synthesize unlimited food for a diverse crew, that would be mentioned somewhere. It would be a big deal. Colonies wouldn't need to have farm equipment. The technology you're describing cannot be said to exist in the Mass Effect universe from the data we currently have.

All I have seen was a few short videos on you tube and NO real complete ending. im not saying the endings I have seen aren't real. But there has to be more if they are putting so much into DLC and ISO games Plus the game is suppose to be 55 hours long with all the side quest and not counting the multiplayer part no way they could have gotten it all in 4 days
Spoilers. Audio for the choices as well as the "Old Man and the Shepard".

All I am saying is why would they screw up this badly if they plan on selling future DLC or games makes no business sense when you look at it. Unless it was planned like this all along and they plan on making an alternative ending DLC The thing that makes me upset is the way internet rumors get started and the way people just take it as law. I still plan on buying the game no matter how it ends cause the game in its whole kicks ass. there have been a lot of TV shows and movies that haven't ended the way I like but i still enjoy watching them over and over . I just have a problem with Internet Assassins
Ladies and gentlemen, the classic "BioWare wouldn't 'do this'" defense in spite of game data that illustrates otherwise.

My thoughts exactly.
all the endings online are legit, but that doesn't mean there isn't a surprise hidden somewhere

Yes it does. The game data has been torn to shreds looking for anything else. Its not there. There's no extra endings. Where could it be hidden if people have disassembled the entire game looking and found nothing.
Its not as if people only found these by playing through.

I sympathize with your disappointment. Yes, this did occur to me, but the endings are what they are. There might be more context that we don't know about yet, but the ending spoilers are accurate and complete. Sorry.
Why are you so sure? Just asking XD
The people who played it already said they got all the sidequests and still they had bad endings.
