I see people referring to travelling companions by name, and who is best for what.....I'd rather discover it myself in world.

This doesn't contradict my manual thread, I just wanted that to read how to play the game before zero hour...

Well there aren't a lot of spoilers right now, I'll probably disappear from here once the game is out and stupid people start posting spoilers in thread titles and everywhere else.

I don't like to spoil knowledge into the game world that I'd rather attain whilst playing, so I'm mainly here to upload characters I make, reply to relevant threads that do not involve spoilers, etc. When the game is released is when I start involving myself in gameplay-related threads, .

Haha, I thought I was the only one. I've been avoiding as much information as I can so I can experience it first hand. Usually the more 'pre-read' I am about a game before I launch in, the more disappointed I get. So it'll be good to let myself have lots of surprises - starting from the very beginning.

I'm with you, I've done a total media blockout on Dragon Age Origins. And I'm quite proud of myself, I don't think I've ever been this hyped about a game I know almost nothing about haha.

I was also avoiding too much information before actually playing the game. I wanted the "full experience", you know?



But hanging around here I caught up on a lot of stuff. Character names, weapons, some story stuff, etc.. I don't mind it any more.



What I DO mind now, though, is that it is still so many days for me until I can play the damn game... (Germany)

Wow,  that hypes me up even further.

You know that a game is going to be awesome when you REALLY don't know whether or not you would kill a person if she snatched the last copy of the game at the store...
