here you go.
Remember words have multiple definitions.
Like G....A....Y..... use to mean happy.
Here you go.

The original meaning of words is irrelevant. The common use today is what matters.
I disagree.:P

Honestly, fade to black is better than the awkward ME2 stuff.

They weren't doing... anything. It just showed Ashley's face and her bra strap. Oooooooh, artsy.

Not really sure what your issue with that is. It's a trailer, they're going to do quick jump cuts. I'm pretty confident in guessing that the actual scene from the actual game is longer than 0.75 seconds...

My issue regarding the problematic ME2 scenes (Miranda, Renegade-Jack, etc.) was that they were getting down with all their clothes on. The launch trailer for ME3 shows that they have rectified that problem.

Why did you make a 2nd thread about this?

By going to a DA:O model, apparently. And we all know how non-awkward those scenes were.

I don't have an issue with it. I'm saying that judging it either way is a bad idea, since it was less than a second of footage.

I'm not sure about renegade Jack, but Miranda's romance scene wasn't clothed dry humping. They weren't actually having the sex. It was build-up and foreplay.

Are we seriously discussing the artistic integrity of videogame characters having sex? It's always going to be awkward and weird looking. Always! Look at the creepy way they move, LOOK AT WHAT THEY ARE WEARING!

Also, will Garrus be in his turian boxers? Or do turians prefer tightie whities?

They should do fade to black.

I didn't have a problem with DA:O. The underwear looked bulky, but A) that's a separate issue and B) Ashley's bra did not look bulky.

I enjoy sex. I don't enjoy watching uncanny valley character models dry-hump to cheesy music.

No its not. Look at the CGI of Arkham City debut trailer or TW2 xbox trailer. That's where we are headed. To dismiss it now is extremely short sighted, and more than a little ignorant.

Skip it then?
Or ask for a skip button?
Or do not romance anyone?

Why do people buy books that go into details about sex and romance?
I have no idea I dislike those kinds of books...so you know what I do?
I do not read them.

How would animating sex be different from animating combat or any other sort of movement? If you deny the artistic possibilty of sex in video games then you should ignore every other artistic possibility of video games.

Developers try their hardest to emulate every other aspect of humanity. But with sex they shouldn't even attempt it?

Pretty unambiguous. It's a good think you aren't a developer.

Why does Mass Effect assume I am a lesbian because I am nice to Kelly and not locked into a romance? I just want her to feed my fish!

But it's more fun to laugh at them.
