[golems wrath]

I am curious I read here somewhere that when you create a new character that you can choose your choices from previous games like a save editor.  If so then what level of choices are included? like main missions only or all side missions as well?  Will it included dlc as well such as lotsb or bringing down the sky?  If anyone knows then please respond and answer please.
